I have not received my last two EBJs. This has happened to me at least 5 times over the last 2 years. Often times i dont know i missed an issue until i realize one was skipped or someone on a forum starts talking about one. When i email or call customer service they send one out right away, but it shouldnt come down to that so often. CS said its been a problem for Cali subscribers. Eastmans need to address the problem.

Since I was "called out" for not explaining this situation, I figured I better make an appearance and explain things. We actually have no idea or have any hand in why the EBJ 70 was so late. We sent it to the printer February 15th. And for the record, our printer is in Kentucky. Now, usually the magazine gets there, they set the presses on day one and then start printing on day two. The magazine is usually palleted and ready for shipment within one week. Guy wills start getting the magazine 2-3 weeks after we send it to the printer. They do come from east coast, so naturally, the further west you are, the slow it will be getting to you.

We've never had an issue this "late" to you guys. The only thing we can say is blame in on USPS. It is catalog season and maybe that's why there has been in delay in the system. To put it in reference for you, I've already sent off the Sheep Issue two weeks ago and it's already in the mail stream and some guys have gotten it already.

Sorry for inconvenience guys/gals, we really wish this stuff wouldn't happen. We made phone call after phone call to the USPS and wwere told nothing more than it's in the mail stream. Our printer hit the trucks in time and made the first drop weeks ago. Why it's taking/took so long, is beyond us.

Thanks for the dedicated readership.

Thanks for the update.

If we call are you able to track our issue and see if/when it was mailed?

Sorry JN...can't track individual magazines. Basically they're put on pallets and sent west. When they hit the distribuition centers, they separate the pallets and away the magazines go. If you want, go ahead and call Customer Service and Melanie will get you one coming today, if you wish.

I think in efforts due to the higher gas prices recently the postal service may have perhaps brought back an older method of delivery to save on costs. I think I saw him a while back watering his horse but he's left now and should be there soon.

"The mail must go through." :D
