They don't carry Idaho maps (unless they offers something other than what their website offers).
I know they advertise here, but I am fan of OnX. If you need a papermap, I think you are going to have to be looking at the USGS maps, and identifying specific areas, or forest service maps. There is not a real good print map manufacturer for Idaho hunting areas that I know of off hand.
You can download pdfs of all, current and past topos, for no fee. You can have ones printed and sent to you also. I would just download the ones you want then select areas you want hard copies of and print at home
