Now compare all herd counts against the Big Game book against new and reduced tag areas. That paints a reliable year to year picture of expectations of seeing animals in an area. When you compare % of success, harvest numbers, days to hunt etc etc and all the other publicly known published every year data sets. ( which we know in Colorado is far from accurate and just more data to consider) I think you can really make some solid decisions on where to hunt. Lastly, add in the local CPW meetings minutes and public comment notes sent in to wrap up the picture.
