Anyone have experience with this boot? It's a steal right now on camofire and I was thinking about pulling the trigger. I currently do not have any hiking boots, I usually wear Muck Arctic Pros or Irish Setter 1200 gm boots. These have good reviews just curious if these would be good boots for wearing in WY, MT, Badlands type terrain. Thanks!

Well I bought them I'll give my first impressions when I get them. Wondering which they are similar to the Salomon 4Ds.

I was pretty tempted to grab a pair of the lowa Tibet insulated boots they had on there. Both boots looked pretty good but I just bought a pair of boots so don't need another. Hopefully they work out for you. They looked pretty good and light weight

I received the boots in the mail and initially they felt great. However, after walking around my home for 10 mins or so, I already could feel that they were going to rub horrible on my lower calf. I was wearing First Lite merino socks so they weren't too thin either! I returned them so my search continues!

I know they have had some Lowa Renegades recently. I have a pair and really like them. Might be worth a try.

Go try on a pair of zamberlain GTX 960's! I have some foot issues and spent the better part of six years trying on high end boots until the 960. I have not had any of the foot issues with these and although a little pricey at $350 they were still cheaper than oThers I had tried. I was able to find them 20% off and bought 2 pairs in case they changed or discontinued them?
