I don't know if you can really compare the two. I've been shooting Sure Loc for a lot of years. They're machined to the utmost preciseness and the company is absolutely amazing to deal with. I don't have any experience with IQ but I've looked at them at ATA and I don't believe the quality is what Sure Loc is.
