Well this guy showed up a bit earlier this year and sure was chasing doe's around lol. Also at the 35 second mark in the video below you can see what is a unmistakable son of his. Kinda cool and hope to see him again in 2018!

Cool, it is always nice to see a old friend that has made it through the hunting seasons and winters show up again.

I need to go see if I can find a old friend from last year. He is smart enough that he will only come out near dark and the shot I got of him last year was just at dark thirty.

This year he was on public land when I shot the videos so I would give him 50/50 of making the weekend if he stays in the same spot/area. He came down so much earlier than usual but this year the rut kicking is in full force around here anyway.

From what I am seeing the guys who held off and are still hunting this last weekend of 3rd are in for some special type hunting... Some hogs are going to find their way into the back of trucks this weekend..

I video and photo just about every big buck and up an Conner buck in the areas I frequently scout in for this reason. It cool to go back a couple years and see their growth.
