I still have a bunch of turkey left from this spring. Since I started cutting mine up, and vac sealing it in 1 pound increments, I've found it goes much farther. We eat turkey almost once a week, at least once every two weeks, and we're finishing up our turkey about right as the next spring turkey season rolls in.You have turkey left over from last spring?????????????????
We usually finish it off even before the season ends and it is usually cooked up and gone within a couple days of it being shot.
But it does look good and should get you into to mood to put in for the draw or get ready for this coming spring.
Don't go to Kansas. No turkeys there. Not a turkey mecca.I wish I got to kill that many! Maybe this year I'll get to hunt more than Wyoming!
