Still have a little burger, breakfast sausage & chorizo left. Having chorizo for breakfast this am.
UPDATE....Just finished breakfast and the Chorizo was unbelievable (as usual). I use Hi Mountain seasonings and they really do a great job. I use my basic breakfast sausage mixture ( 25% pork roast & 75% game meat) and add the seasoning as I grind. Today I used a couple of potatoes diced small, a diced onion and fried them until golden brown. Added the browned chorizo and cooked about 10 minutes, topped with sharp Cheddar Cheese. Absolutely delicious! Enough left for breakfast burritos tomorrow morning.
