Just purchased the Kuiu Icon Pro 7200. Ordered both hip pouches and some extra straps. Still waiting for it as its on backorder. Does anyone have any pics of that thing loaded up or any DIY mods/tips that have worked well for you?

I have the Icon Pro 5200. I really like the pack a lot. I use the Kifaru Gun bearer with mine. You can carry your rifle against the side of the pack or 'at the ready', depending on your preference. I like the way it holds my rifle better than other systems I have tried.
Also, I carry my 3 liter bladder in an Exo bladder pouch inside my pack against the back panel. I prefer this over the side pouches.
I am also planning to create a hydration port in the upper part of the back panel for a more direct route for my bladder tube rather than routing out the side port. That is about it for me. I think you will like your pack.

I used an Icon this past season and my biggest complaint is I couldn't throw my rifle over my shoulder using the rifle sling. The shoulder straps on the pack prevent this. It will go on my shoulder but isn't very secure and I'm constantly screwing with it. I'd like to find a better way to carry my rifle and still have quick access to it. I'm not crazy about the gun bearer thing from Kifaru either. Kuiu makes a rifle holder where it's easy to get it off your pack but you would then have to drop your pack if you wanted to put it back on. This is where the rifle scabbard on an Eberlestock shines IMO. Any tips on this would be welcome!

Firefighter... check out youtube if you haven't already for tips on loading, places to carry gear etc from Kuiu and others. There's some good tips and since it's on video you can see exactly what their talking about.

Here are a few of my 7200 photos from last season. I split time last year between the Pro 7200 and Ultra 6000.

Caribou hind quarter, 2 shoulders, and a side of ribs. It's hard to tell with the bag collapsed but there was plenty of room to spare in this load.

Firefighter, I took your question on pack loading and decided to take some time to put together a proper answer in the form of a blog post. Link below.
