Here's a few pics of my trip to Kodiak, AK in Sept. I had a great trip and even though I was a little disappointed in my judging skills, I was successful in taking my first goat and learned a ton for my next trip. I also took the opportunity to fish for some silvers before heading home. Kodiak is an awesome place and I can't wait to get back and do it again!
Ha, I know what your saying! We hit the first 5 days perfect. It was beautiful. We got hit hard after that, when we went back in for a try at deer. After spending the day fogged in on the mountain, with no change in sight. We made the decision to try our luck on some fish. We slayed the silvers and had a blast, so we felt pretty good about our choice.
