Does anyone know if you can get these bullets for Knight's .52 caliber muzzleloader anywhere other than directly from Knight? I've looked around and can't seem to find anything. At $39 for 18 bullet/sabot combinations, it won't take long to break the bank. This is actually my dad's ML that I am using for an upcoming LE elk hunt in UT. The ballistics are great...prices on the bullets from Knight are not, and since I haven't shot this ML before, it's going to take some range time to get it shooting right. Thanks!

I think the .52 cal is new and only made by Knight so they might not be available anywhere else. The FTX from Knight is much cheaper.

Thanks MM - I'm not familiar with the FTX. I was afraid that the "it's only made by Knight" comment was the truth but thought I'd try and see if anyone else had an idea.

Get your sabots from harvestor and get some of the FTX they are a good bullet and for the money you can't go wrong. You shouldn't need to buy the bullets and sabots from knight but I've never had a .52.

I've shot allot of deer with the FTX and I'm sure it will work great on elk!
