Kifaru is offering a discount code for all of the Eastmans' Forum members.

Personally I have used the Woobie quite a bit, and for backpack hunting it was great. This model has more insulation than what I used and packs a down nicely for backpack hunting. My wife was actually really upset when I sold mine to upgrade the sleeping bag set up. Click on the picture and use the code: AWOOB20

Woobie is a nick name for the military poncho liner. Not really sure when the name came about. Obviously Kifaru's version of a Woobie is going to be just a tad better than the milspec version
I have milspec one that rides in the truck 24/7, gets used and beat up a lot. They are pretty handy. I bet the Kifaru one is beyond toasty!

So you wear it, or sleep in it?

exactly,
Wrap yourself up with it when you're cold or wrap up and go to sleep. The original woobie attached to the inside of a poncho, so you could wear it. Guys would also wrap up in it to stay warm to sleep when they could. Google GI poncho liner or woobie and you'll see what I mean. Like I said, they are pretty handy to have around.

I used one for an entire summer and hauled it with me for cold glassing sessions.
