I had someone bring up how quiet the bow is on the shot on the video from an antelopes perspective. Really didn't give it much thought but it is pretty darn quiet after watching the video again. Makes you wonder how quiet do we need are bows when it sounded like the arrow makes just as much if not more noise than the Helim upon the shot. Just thought that was an interesting point to bring up

Think I will do another video like the antelope one but use different fletchings or feathers and see which ones are the quietest. I was surprised at 40 yards how well that camcorder picked up the sound.

If anybody would like to donate there personal choice I would include it in the test. Lets stay with a hunting style vane or feather with similar profile to the Blazers. Just PM me if interested

I performed a simular experiment a few weeks ago, i placed the camera 4 or 5 feet in front of the target in a quartering position to show arrow impact. I also was surprised as to how little noise the bow made during the shot (Hoyt Alphamax 32). The interesting thing was how much noise the arrow made in flight (2" Blazers with Blazer wrap), you could actually hear them coming. I was a little surprised at how noisy arrow flight really is.
