Jetboil or MSR pocket rocket?

jetboil flash. Had mine for 3 years now, no issues. the igniter is nice is option. 1 small canister has worked for me on 8 to 9 day hunts.

Is having an ignition a big bonus or simply a nice 'want' or bonus?

Head in the clouds...have you checked the spark wire? I had a problem with mine igniting too and I figured out I had just bent the spark wire enough that it wouldn't throw a spark across.

For cooking trout, take some tin foil with you and cook over an open fire...butter and lemon salt make it really good. For hunting season, I really like my Jetboil Flash.
