I made a quick trip to Jackson to see my son. Stayed in a place that overlooks the elk refuge and WOW, what a bunch of elk. I enjoyed watching them this morning and all the coyotes that were there too. Elk would chase the coyotes when they got too close. I could see one dead elk with coyotes and birds on it. All too far for photo's and it's snowing now so the visibility is limited.
I don't have a opinion on the dynamics of feeding all these elk and the disease implications, but it's sure an impressive site to see!
