Outdoorsmans has one out now. It's very nice and you don't need to get a new one when you change phones like with Phone Skope. Also more durable and less expensive.

Thanks for the suggestions. The phone scope looks good. Is it very versitabl or just limited to one set of optics?

If you go with phoneskope make sure you order the shutter button to go with it. Tapping the pic button on your phone usually blurs a pic

I really like the idea of having one adapter that I can use on any phone, but it is not clear to me how the Outdoorsmans attaches to the phone. What am I missing? Here are the links to the Outdoorsmans adapter.

In the video he says "you've got a piece that goes right on the back of your phone here". I don't see how? Double stick tape?

You use double stick tape directly on your phone, or buy a cheap phone case to tape it to- which then becomes your dedicated digiscoping case. If ever you switch phones, you peel it off and set it up for the new one.

I'll second phone scope, I have one and love it. Super fast and easy. I just keep it on my phone when hunting, it is slim enough that I don't notice it. To help not blur the photo, set your self timer in settings on the phone to 1 or 2 second delay and you will have great photos. I called phone scope and told them my phone, and my spotter and they shipped me the perfect item.
