I can tell you its not fun. Not only is it painfull, but to me its kind off embarassing. I can't believe at the age of 42 I have to use the hand rail to climb the stars at home, I feel like a 80 year old man. I've always had some kind of back pain, but never to this extent. The pain is not even in my back, it's my hip and leg that are the problem, It's a strange deal.

Here I sit, now 43, hunting season is now over for me and my family. I just received my second injection and am forced to take it easy for the next 24 hours. I would have never believed I would be fighting the pain this long. I did make it through hunting season and managed to get an antelope and a little bull elk, but in no way was I as active as I typically am. I sure hope I am better next year, the pain certainly affects my hunting capabilities.

To all the young guns out there TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY!! It's the only one you get.

I had the problem nine years ago. Had a Dr turn me on to an excercise regiment that takes 15 min a day.
Don't know if your interested in that kind of thing, but it cured me in three days and I've only had one other bout in nine years!
And that only took two days to fix.... No BS Man... And no drugs. Well maybe a motrin.

I am going to start exercising soon! I had an appointment with a neurologist today before the injection, he is going to start me on a injury specific program asap. I can't wait!
