It will bleed... Profusely.
Once you get the bleeding to stop, she will stand up and shake, breaking open the wound, and flinging blood all over your wife's kitchen.
When you reapply pressure for 30 more minutes and stop the bleeding, she will shake again, breaking the clot again, this time in a different area of the house.
Applying superglue is a complete waste of time, and when you think the glue is all dried, she'll shake, and end up with a bunch of glue on the top of her head and under her chin.

Your wife will not be impressed with this comedy of errors.

What's even better is when your lab cuts the tip of his tail. It bleeds profusely and puts blood all over the wall. It looked like some one was murdered in my hall.

omg.. I bet tail flinging is way worse than ear flopping! As it stands, it currently looks as though someone was murdered on my patio, in my kitchen, in the garage, and in the bathroom. Thank God for tile and hardwoods, or I'd be screwed.

Not funny but that made me laugh on the inside where I'm alittle demented.

Idea for a flop eared dog.

A stretchy neck gaiter will also work.

Another option is to wrap with Vetwrap around the head.
