Idaho units 21,27 and 17

First off I am not asking at all for any honey holes. Just wondering about the deer in these areas, access, and the lay of the land. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Last time I was in 17 there were lots of deer, both whitetails and muleys, but that was in 2006. 17 has been described as the most rugged place in the lower 48, what it lacks in elevation it makes up in steepness. Shoot me a PM if you would like to know more.
