Idaho Unit 11 Sheep

Hello Everyone. I have been an Eastman's subscriber for several years, but had never been to this forum until recently, when I found this site while researching for the sheep tag I drew for Hells Canyon. I live in Central Oregon and have hunted in most western states, but have not hunted this area before. If anyone has hunted this area or seen rams in the unit I would appreciate hearing from you!

Welcome to the EF! I heard about you on ifish, congrats on one Hell of a tag! I wish I had some info on the unit to help out. I live very near you, between Redmond and Bend. I hope to see the ram you end up with in person someday.

I saw some on a jet boat tour of hells canyon. Its tough straight up and down country and a great sheep unit. Good luck!

great tag, when you are in the area, check out the jack occonor museum in hells gate state park in lewiston. Great pump up for your hunt.

I went scouting last weekend and stayed in the park. The museum is incredible!
