i drew on a super hun tag for idaho elk! huge thing for me. anyone with any insight on great areas please pm me. born and raised in idaho and hunted every year since i was 12 and know where i can find som 350 bulls but any additional insight would b welcomed, thanks.

Congrats. I think a 350" bull is a trophy for most. I've hunted in the Swan Valley area for years and have never seen a bull over 320 there. What are the details of the tag you drew?
thanks guys! with the tag i can hunt during any controled or general hunt aslong as i follow weapon restrictions. last year we found some solid boys near bear lake area and on big desert. owyhee opens in september for controled bull so will deff hit that area first. never been there so im planning a scouting trip there in aug. any additional info would be welcomed. thanks again, good luck
