I cant imagine it wouldn't be full NR price.

After a certain date a resident or non resident can but a second tag at the NR price for any general hunt that is not sold out yet

I stand an 8% chance of drawing my rifle tag. I'm already planning on an archery hunt in September. Once a decade I think I'm good with hunting a week in September with my bow and then again a month later with my rifle. I hunt the s as me unit with both.
