This was my first year to apply for a NM mule deer tag! I was fortunate enough to draw a unit 52 tag. I can not wait! Now I won't be able to scout but will have to get there and get rolling. Any info for the unit anyone has?

I will be scouting in a couple of weeks but I am weak in 52 even though I am in there often. If I find anything of note I will let you know.

I certainly appreciate it! I will be archery hunting so lots of work ahead. Looking at the Google Earth image the terrain it varies alot.

Don't forget to schedule your time off. While I've hunted a number of NM units, 52 is not one I'm familiar with.
