Hey Guys, a buddy of mine out here in NH recently went out west with me for his first elk hunt. He like I is completely addicted. That being said driving for us is not an option, 42 hours just drive time. We are looking at possibly starting a hunting club. 5 to 10 members from the NH area. We are both heavy DIYers so we don't want the drop camp option.

We are kinda looking for somebody out west to house a small cargo trailer that we could store our hunting stuff in during the off season. We would eventually like to fill it with a wall tent, table, chairs, lamps, and so on. Eating off your tailgate for 8 days gets a little rough. This year we bought a lot of cheap stuff at Walmart and then gave it to a few homeless dudes in Durango on the way out of town. We would pay $250 per person per year to take care of our trailer and keep things in good working order.

I'm not even sure if this is the right spot to put this post. I'm just looking to put feelers out or possibly brain storm some ideas. We cant be the first guys from a longs ways off to think about this. It would be nice to have tree stands and what not. We can only fly with so much crap. Either way if anybody has any in sight or wants to help shoot me a message.

I know this is a ramble but it is in it's infancy.
thanks guys Dennis

Since you mentioned Durango, I assume you plan on hunting the SW part of the state. I know a lady who has a storage area (I used to store a boat there). She has covered storage for $20.00 per month, payable in 6 month increments. My son stores a car & truck there. If you are interested, PM me.
