How many stalks with a bow to success?

Just out of curiosity, you guys that spot and stalk bow hunt antelope, how many stalks does it normally take you to get a goat on the ground? My fewest is 3 and the most I have ever counted in a season was 17 in some open country. It is always a good time though and one of my favorite hunts of the year.

I've done it a few times. I had lots of blown stalks, but was successful. It can be frustrating at times!
Also lots of cactus to dig out of the knees.
