How do I rotate a picture

How do I rotate a picture that I have attatched? In my computer I have them rotated correctly but when I attatch them they still come out sideways.
Any advice?

I have never had that problem. However, if you're posting a photo of a recently killed 6x6 bull, post it anyway! I'll turn my computer and/or phone on it's side if I have to! Heck, any good critter will do!

Some time the cookies on your computer will show the picture wrong on your computer. Post one up its probably right on others computers if you rotated the photo.
