Over-the-Hillary gets a pass after FBI director points out how she lied to the American citizens about her e-mails. No charges to be filed. I was holding out hope that the FBI was doing an honest investigation and that we still had a rule of law in this country.
Now I see that Lady Justice is NOT blind.....she's DEAD! We are doomed.

I am not going to get political, but I will say this: I handled Top Secret and above material nearly every day in my 40 years in aerospace. We all knew what we were dealing with and protocols were in place to protect everything. If I or anyone working for me handled classified material in the manner that it was handled in this case, we all would be in jail!

Of course she got a pass. The laws of this country are meant for the layman of this country and not the political elite.

It's a shame she came out of this untouched, this was political maneuvering at it's best. The outcome would had been different had it been anyone outside the political area. A FBI director who was appointed by the Demo president overseeing the investigation of Democratic Nominee for President could we really have expected any different outcome !

Fully agree there Colorado Cowboy. In 31 plus years in the Army dealing with TS material we knew 100% what was expected. This whole thing makes me want to PUKE!

My gf is currently a government contractor with a top secret clearance level etc...she said the same..there is no possible way anyone else would not go to jail, as well as there is no way other people weren't aware of what she was doing and that her emails definitely compromised some individuals that were in the field. Absolutely ridiculous what she is getting away with, I don't care what your political views are, there is no denying she lied to cover herself, got caught, and still somehow got off and is running for president. ...

I love how he stood up there and the flat out said that she was extremely careless and that a reasonable person in her position should have known that those e-mails should not have been conducted on the unclassified side, all of which meet the legal definition of negligence, which is what the statue in question says is a criminal act, with no requirement to cause harm or other ill intent, and then he says that there is no justification for bringing criminal charges.

WTF??????

This..... Could someone explain to me the difference between 'extreme carelessness' and 'gross negligence'?
The rules flat out do not apply to the Clintons.
I totally get it, if people don't wanna vote for Trump, but I cannot fathom how someone could actually cast a vote for her.

It is what our options are. Sure there are others that will be on the ballot but 99.9% of voters will have not heard of any of the options (assuming Trump is not dumped by the GOP). I for one am just dumbfounded by our choices. Does it say something about the processes, society, or something else? As usual, it is probably a combination of many factors.

This whole situation brings out the 'Conspiracy Theorist' in me. Anything is believable with her and Bill.
1) Hillary has received lots of money in campaign contributions from foreign interests.
2) The Clinton Foundation has received lots of money from foreign interests as well.
These 'foreign interests' have invested lots of money into the Hillary and Bill.
3) Any dumb ass with that type of clearance should know that having any classified communications
on unsecured / unauthorized servers would be wrong, illegal, and dangerous to national security.
She may be lots of things, but I don't think she is that stupid. I just can't believe that she didn't
know.
4) FBI stated that is is very possible / likely that these communications were hacked
5) Would this be a way for her to provide information to these 'foreign interests' without actually
handing it over to them. This way she can be 'careless' or 'reckless' rather than being charged
with Treason ??? There has been a lot of foreign money invested in her for some reason.

Didn't Bill sell some type of satellite / aerospace technology to the Chinese back during his run??

Just saying.

The fact that Ms. Clinton has repeatedly shown herself to be dishonest and corrupt, whether it is the Vince Foster deal, the futures fraud in Arkansas, the email scandal, Clinton Foundation scandal........ and still be the choice of half the people in this country says as much about those who support her as it does about her.

I think people in general have just thrown up their hands and turned their backs on Washington. Turning your back and ignoring people with that much power and corruption is not a good idea.

People just don't think there is any alternative, and when I look at Trump and the trade war he has promised to unleash on this country, likely throwing us into another major recession, if not worse, I can't blame them.

Both parties really blew it by not coming up with better and there is no 3rd party candidate in a year when we really need one. In all my years, I've never seen a mess even close to this. I never dreamed it could get worse than Obama but it just might.

The outcome does not surprise me and I don't trust her further than I could toss her.
My bigger disappointment, in this mess, is the FBI giving it's opinion on the case. The opinion should have come from a grand jury not the FBI. This has only happened one other time in our Nation's history, I believe. (Scooter Libby)
The outcome of this debacle will not affect her at all, good or bad. There are two sides to each of the 2 remaining candidates. You either love him/her or you hate him/her. There is no 'on-the-fence' or waiting to learn more from future debates, etc. with these 2 wing-nuts. You could have the election today and the results will not change in November.
God help us all.

How the hell am I supposed to teach my kids to be honest when they see this behavior from the highest levels of our nation?

I'll be voting pro NRA this year, ( and only for that reason) how are these two the top options for our nations highest office. America lost its way when political correctness overthrew common sense.

Just look at how far we have went. College kids screaming for socialism, Every week some new bill for gun control, out with Christ and in with every other form of religion. Taxed to the poor house, People willing to overlook huge crimes and incredible lack of moral characters, endless war. the list is so long I can't possibly write it all tonight....

I guess what I'm saying is our nation is soft and ripe for the government to treat us how they feel without recourse because nobody is willing to die to stop it anymore.

We don't have to be part of a political smear to be disturbed by all this. Both parties had the opportunity to put forth good, honest people to lead our country. Clearly, we didn't get that, and I see no good result no matter how this election turns out. I wasn't a prepper before, but I am starting to go that way. "Fortress America" will have to start in my back yard. At least I won't need a bug-out kit, because I'm already there.

I know its a long shot because of a huge personality conflict but I keep praying Rand Paul jumps in as VP. He is a man worth listening too,

if he could rein in the Don a bit Americans would be a lot better off, and Hilary might just get her block knocked off!

Trump is a godsend. I have wished for a candidate such as Trump for a long time. Trump will not start a trade was but anyone can make better deals than Kerry or Obama, and even though I despise both of them, that is not a put down. How can you expect them to be on a world trading stage without any experience and no common sense? No ability to lead.
Have you seen our national debt? Over 20 trillion and growing. Our Illegal immigrants? Probably over 40 million judging by a trip to Walmart.
Clintons, nothing can be said nice about either one, they are the meanest people on earth and now that we find out they are above the law Hillary will kill with impunity. Arkansas was a rough place when Bill was AG. One of the drug kingpins was raised about three miles from my farm. Why anyone would vote for any Clinton defies logic.
Trumps family sets the standard for everyone else, well mannered, hard working, smart, loyal, what's not to like? Don't out smart yourself, when you see a bargain, recognize it. The two Trump boys hunt so I am told. I am not republican, I am American and like others on here, I once held a TSc clearance and like others have said, I knew not to do anything like Hillary did.
Voting to keep the status quo will not work, has not worked. It is time to vote with your brain, this is not a popularity contest. For the future of my grand children, vote Trump.
