Hello everyone, feels odd being a newbie when I?ve been a member for years on Huntwa forum. Looking forward to seeing a new bunch of stories and views. My passion is elk hunting, just got back from a back country Wyoming hunt last week, it was amazing country. I?ve mostly hunted wa and Idaho, i can hunt w all weapons but really love archery elk. Hunt both eastern and western wa, looking forward to this forum.

Welcome to the forum trophyhunt. My wife is from Pasco, WA.. She was issued to me when we were both in the Marine Corps.
Thanks guys, not sure why the photo is upside down, I'm not smart enough to turn it!! Damn computers! Not sure where sunlight mountain is but I hunted in the cody area. We saw a mom grizz with 3 cubs, 2 wolves and 4 guys in our camp had a very close grizz encounter at 35 yards. They got it on video, shot at it's feet and it didn't care! I'll try to post my story on the elk page.
Wish that I had read this before I posted on the other thread. Welcome to the forum!
