Just wanted to say hello and how happy I am to have stumbled across this great forum. I am 35 years old, married to a great wife and have to great kids. I am a plumber by trade, and my wife is a taxidermist. We enjoy most things outdoors. Especially hunting, fishing, and archery. I made one trip elk hunting with my dad back in 99. Shortly after that I was married and then followed with my kids. Well the family is getting old enough that I am hoping to sneek away To chase a childhood dream of mine. That being to harvest an elk and a mule deer with my bow. I havn't been involved in this forum for long, but in the short time I am really impressed at the knowledge, friendliness, and willing to share of the other members on this forum. I look foreward to talking and sharing with all you guys. Although I am sure with my limited experience with out west hunting I will be doing much more listening than talking at first.

Thanks, everyone.

Welcome aboard! I'm only a few years younger then you and don't have much experience either, just went out on my first muley hunt this year. It was pretty much a learning experience this time hopefully next year I will bring one home. Anyway this is an awesome forum that I know you will enjoy, and probably get addicted to!!

Thanks guys. I couldn't agree more. I am on other forums and the lack of bickering and willingness to help on this forum is what sets it apart from the rest. I am very happy to have found it. Now... If I can only gain enough knowledge to kill my first elk I will really be in buisness
