Harvest sucess listed

Just a question about harvest % listed on the hunting areas.

Reading the other post. I see you do not have to check an antelope. If you drive by a check station it appears they do not record information. So how accurate are success % listed.

I see it listed like this.
Active hunters - Buck - doe - fawn - total kill

I know they do surveys, but can not see them calling every tag holder.

The only way they can do the harvest success is by the online survey. So it only accounts for those that do it.

Most surveys get 50% useable returned surveys at best... food for thought.
