I want to wish all of you Dads out there on the Fourm Happy Fathers Day!

My wife, daughter and myself are going up to Lake Tahoe Fri-Sun for a camping trip. Can't wait to get my butt in a lawn chair and my feet in the sand with a cold beverage.

What are you guys doing for Fathers Day?

I'm leaving in about 2 hours for 3 days of scouting in the n/w corner of the state. I will be back on sunday to spend with my family. Hope to see some good bulls in velvet. Happy fathers day to all!

My wife and I are leaving Friday are backpacking and exploring some country new to us this weekend around the Carson-Iceberg Wilderness. My goal is to venture out in a few new wilderness areas this summer to check out some new places. Happy Fathers Day to you all!

Heading for the hills Friday night to go camping. It will be my 5 month old daughters first camping trip. So I'm doing it the right way & taking the brand new wall tent. Should be a great weekend. Nothing beats camping and fishing until fall gets here.

This will be my first fathers day. As much as i wanted to get out of town the lil one is 3 months old and i just cant see myself bailing out just yet. Besides that she is strarting to become really fun. I can tickle her and she laughs up a storm, besides all the messy stuff this whole kid thing is kinda cool. Mammas got something planned with my sis to get all the dads together for a good bbq and relax. ( probably sit around drink some cold ones and review topo maps). but happy fathers day to all I for one have an entirely new respect for any mother and father out there!

Camper's on the pickup, hooking up the Ranger and heading to Antelope lake in the morning for three days. My wife, son and his girl friend a buddy from Reno and a couple buddies from Janesville. Should be a ball and maybe whack a couple good ones.

Happy Fathers Day to All you Dads.Saturday as soon I as I get off work I'm driven to My dads to spend Fathers Day with him will get in to his place around 3:00 to 4:00 am.Due to his health we'll hang around the homestead and play cards.Enjoy the camping I'll be hitting the backcountry the last week of June.

We have a big regional cowboy shoot this weekend. I have friends (who shoot with me) from California and Arizona here for the shoot. !00 shooters from as far away as Australia. It will be a hoot! We did a little fishing on my pond last evening after a big BBQ. Caught lots of bass, cats, bluegill & crappie. Leaving Monday am for some camping and fishing on a big lake near here. Taking several boats. I'll call my Dad on Sunday, even tho he probably won't know who I am at first (he is 94 and suffering from Alzheimers), but we get warmed up after a few minutes. My son will be in town next week too. He is a long haul trucker and is taking a couple of weeks off. He will be at the lake for camping and fishing too.

Headed to a 3-D tournament on Saturday, then BBQ on Sunday with my wife's dad and brothers. Usually top it off with a trip to the cemetery to stick an arrow by my dads head stone and say hi, I miss bow hunting with him. Happy fathers day to you all, and especially all you new dads!

My son gave me a Jimmy Lile knife for fathers day/birthday. This replaces a Jimmy Lile knife knife stolem from me by three thugs from Cortez. That knife had been given to me by a friend and my property joined Jimmy Liles machine shop property. Really glad to recieve the replacement knife #3.

I am going sand drag racing with my dad. He can't get around in the woods anymore, but he can still drive the hell out of his race car. So I'm dragging my sand car to the race track to race with him, seems thats all we have left that we can do together. He's 68 and still the toughest guy to beat. Fast cars and hunting stories, that my Fathers day.

I'm driving tonopah tomorrow with my little girl to meet a guy from Arizona who bought my drag boat. I work Sunday so not much of a weekend but that's ok, it will be nice to get some father daughter time on the road.
