Gun Case

[MT dreaming]

I am looking for a hard case for my rifle that can withstand the abuse dished out by airline baggage handlers. I have personally seen rifle cases thrown/dropped 10-20 feet onto the concrete tarmac. Does anyone have any suggestions good or bad?

I haven't had any probs out of mine. It's the Boyt H51 model. I can't say the same for all the wheels on my luggage though.

I think most airline approved cases are built pretty well.

I've got a pelican long case 1750 and I haven't had any issues with it.

Hard to beat a pelican case.
I've got half a dozen from binocular sized up to a 1630 and 1750.
Only had one lock break and they fixed asap
