If you were hunting any of these general elk units ( 84,85,86,87) how concerned would a person need to be about grizzle bears. Looking at entering for a elk hunt in 2022. I know my chances as a first time elk hunter are slim but I like the idea of being close to the parks. If I am correct general tags in the Southern 21,15,13 units have no grizzle bear. It is not that I would not hunt an area due to bears, but something to consider.

Is a Grizzle Bear akin' to a Grissle Bear or does a Grissle just have a lot of fat and grissle on it?

Yes, the first areas you listed do have Grizzlies, but not as many as the some other areas. In areas 13, 15, and 21 no grizzly, but like stated lots of hunters. If your willing to work you can get opportunities. It's best to take two weeks vacation, and you should have a good overall hunt.
