Governer to declare State of Emergency over fires....close USFS land

Oregon Outdoor Council just posted up on their Facebook page that the USFS is asking Gov. Brown to declare a State of Emergency, which would/could (not sure which) close USFS lands. I haven't been able to find a second source to confirm, but that could really stink for bowhunters.

My two cents: Only about 10% of fires are caused by human and 90% are lightning. I personally don't think that closing the lands would have much impact.
