9.5 miles and some serious hell with the snow we got within 450 yards of the nanny goat. The snow was stupid trying to navigate the bolders and rocks. One step your buried up to your crotch with your boot stuck in the rocks and the next step it's only ankle deep. It was exhausting.

Got some good photos, saw some beautiful country and this was the first goat I've ever laid eyes on. One heck of a cool animal.

She was living in this cave

My buddy Jeff got scoped 4 times. Ouch but he made 2 good shots on her. The uphill angle was about 48 degrees

she got a nice ride out

Great pictures of an awesome hunt. Looks like your buddy bled more than the goat. If he'd scoped himself just one more time, you may have had to put a tag on him!
