And debating on trying for both bull and cow elk or run the risk of drawing both tags. My freezer and bank account would really suffer if I hit both

Im only putting 1 choice this year. There is only 1 antelope tag that interests me and that is because of the season dates for it. Deer Im not really trying to draw but I will but in for a long shot just for fun, maybe 2 for deer. Elk and trophy species I dont feel I have the time to dedicate to either if I did draw this year so I will just get a point, I think, may have to put in for an elk tag

Good luck MM! I know you've had rotten luck in NV. You trying for the later season dates?

Yes. The late season is the only time that works for me at all. It did make the decision alot easier since there are only 2 hunts at that time! Elk are hard to sit out of. I was gonna just get a point last year, then entered all 5 choices last minute LOL. Just want to have lots of time to scout when I do draw since realistically I wouldnt get another tag for 15-20 years.

Time to renew licenses and put in. Hoping just for deer, or 1 tag. Only can miss so much school
