I was fortunate enough to draw a goat tag in colorado. It is a nanny tag for the second season. I made a scouting trip last weekend. I was able to cover some ground but not a lot. If anyone has hunted this area and would be willing to share any information, it would be greatly appretiated. Or goat hunting advise. It's all new to me.

He told me to go to the rocky mountain bighorn society web sight and get on there talk forum ask the same questions, and I was able to get all kinds of info I never dreamed I would get. We have got 4 goats out of that unit. There are 2 primary locations to find them. I'll share what I know about the area.

Ummm..the harvest stats have locations for all of them that were killed going way back. One great thing about Co if you draw a tag. Have you guys checked all the drainages where they were killed last year? Half of them even provide GPS coordinates.
