Full moon spring bears?

So I was wondering how much does the moon affect spring bears. I have not heard much for bears on the topic. Thought's and experience greatly appreciated.

never even thought about full moon during spring bear hunt. good topic, I too am intrigued. nights are usually cloudy and rainy during spring in mountains.

It never even crosses my mind. I like to get out around the last of April, here in OR. Weather definitely seems more of a concern and I just deal with what I get with it too! It will be interesting what all the other folks have to say. Extractor's post did bring a smile!

My thoughts are...Bears spend 6+months sleeping without eating= They dont give a bear shi** about what the moon does, they are hungry and will be trying to eat and put on weight constantly!

Yea ! Good information to know , but I am like several of you I have never thought about full moons when it come to bears !!
