Cleaning out my desk and have a bunch of BLM maps of Wyoming & Utah that I don't use any more. I f anyone wants them, let me know and I'll mail them to you, just pay me back for the postage.
And here I thought that I had a buyer for all of mine including some Kings World topo maps on CD for Utah.
In today's world of OnX paper maps are next to antique. But they are nice to spread out on a table where everyone can look at them along with marking them up with what you find instead of sticking way points as you have to on OnX.
I know that while I was down in Arizona my friend and I were trying to find a location that we haven't been back to in over 20 years. Due to wash outs the roads had changed and while OnX showed the new bypass it didn't actually show the new road that had been cut in.
We still didn't find what we were looking for. Perhaps next year.
I got the Utah maps many years ago during a research trip for hunting chukkars. The Wyoming maps were for the same purpose for big game hunting. I really don't use them anymore and havn't for years. Better to give them away to someone who might use them, rather than throw them in the trash.
