fishing near Green River UT

want to do some fishing down there at green river, not to far from Green river town if I can. any regulations as far as fly fishing only or artificial baits only that I should know about? and any good spots to drift a nasty streamer???

The fishing on the Green around Green River is mostly for catfish. The trout hang out up further north above HWY 40.
