Cat Island, Bahamas bonefishing a couple weeks ago. I love poking around the remote Bahamian Islands; usually nobody around and it's the closest thing to sneaking up on a buck or bull I've found, but with a fly rod instead of another kind of weapon. I am reasonably sure I had the only RMEF hat on the island.
Love seeing the RMEF hats off season in non traditional elk places!!!

No way. You actually do fish?? Glad to see you got out. How'd the bee pattern do down low using the down riggers while trolling? Trout like bees in there natural state...you know being drug through the water at 30'. It really gives off a realistic buzzing noise. Good job Pete!

I was only 9-15 feet down, bee pattern worked. Actually orange needlefish & orange and white rapalla ! Fishing was tough with a half plus moon. I had one hit thrilling arttic fox fly. I gotta do some research on thrilling those things! My some had a great time though.

:( dang you Pete now the whole world will know. I told you to just PM me that type of stuff. Man, I won't ever take you to my honey holes, you'll tell everybody. Lol. Ok can someone ask Scott how to delete this thread.
Good job laxwyo you finally found em.;)
Ivory act like you never saw these and both of you need to delete your posts immediately. Trout extinction could now be on the horizon.

Good job Dan. You're having some luck I see.
Yeah it's been a pretty good start to the summer. It's actually very welcomed with being out of town during the week working and getting to fish on a limited basis on the weekend. Looks like this weekend is out of the question. I'm sure after the tropical storm went through this week the water looks a lot like an Idaho elk wallow!

Almost 8 inches Monday and another 2.5 yesterday. Coupled with the moon and higher tides we Definitely had some flooding. People literally had manatees eating plants and grass in their back yards!
