It is starting again from central Colorado north to Wyoming boarder.. 8”-14” up high around here before the storm and looks like we will get at least a foot out of this one.. Pry 7” new snow at my house overnight I live at 8000 ft.

This will be enough to close all the “seasonal” passes and a low of -10 or so on Halloween...

There is quite a bit of snow(probably 6" or so) and it is staying cold so most of it will still be there. The eastern part of the unit near Telluride is higher elevation than the western part. I usually hunt the western side for deer and the eastern side for elk. I don't think there is enough snow to really run the deer out of the high country, my guess is they are mid elevation. Good luck............

It's suppose to snow all day today and into tonight.

According to the forecast we will be in the negative temperatures Wednesday morning.

Sitting on about 8" in Cheyenne with more to come. Have an LQ deer tag in my pocket, was going to hunt this Thursday through next Tuesday. With almost double the snow there I'm unsure there's many forest roads I'll be able to get down.... find out Thursday I guess.
