I am sure that some "firearms expert" will examine the revolver to determine if it was operating within design parameters. A single action revolver does not lock up with the cylinder in line with the bore unless it is out of time. News reports refer to the Petersoli (SP?) as an antique revolver, which it is not. It is a modern reproduction of a classic design.
