Real easy also. Used this.
Elk marinated in some garlic and teriyaki then put on top.

That concept works well with udon/soba buckwheat noodles; if you want to go big with the noodles.

Yeah sure did for the veggies and noodles.
I marinated the elk in some Kinkoman terriaki sauce, little soy and 5 cloves of garlic.

Yeah I think this may be a new elk camp meal due to the ease of it.
