It is interesting in that CC asked the CP&W about them and got the OK to use them on a muzzle loader.
Perhaps this is the type of question that if you don't like the answer to keep asking it and get different answers until you get one that you like.
I have been checked a couple of times during the muzzle loader hunt here in Colorado with the SeeAll sight on my muzzle loader and was not questioned about it either time. The officer just wanted to check that I didn't have a primer in place while I was on my ATV.
