Down 5 lbs, just started working out, been eating better. 225, i got down to 220 before my hunt last year, I think I can get to 210 by Sep. Doing stairs one day, interval running the next to pump up my cardio. After either of those do 30 min TV workout, which is good overall body and core strength and more cardio. Pushups and situps if I have the energy. Of course walk the dog her 1.5 miles a day.
The biggest challenge right now is the heat in Houston, its close to 100 degrees when I get off work and working out outside you are fighting heat exhaustion as much as your own limitations. Last night I ate dinner and took a nap, then started my workout at 8 pm when the sun went down, seemed to work out ok.
