Down from 175 to 163 (have been as low as 161). I hope to be 155 by late August. Running 5 days a week and hitting the gym 3 days. My wife is due with our first child today but is showing no signs. We go to the doctor tomorrow so my workout schedule is preparing to be disrupted but for a great reason. I'm excited about my first DIY mountain hunt and I will just have to figure out how to train with a newborn around.
