Thanks for posting! Ive always used Mountain House, but I recently purchased a dehydrator so we might try to do our own.

My nephew picked up a freeze drier and is in the process of creating a 1000 year food supply. These things beat a dehydrator all over the place, that is all except for the price.

Yea I honestly didn't even know the difference until after I got one, but I will start with the dehydrator. Ive never done it, so its al new to me.
