Decent buck for the minam. Last year when we packed in there was one lone bull hanging around the trailhead. Backpackers had a stand off with him apparently.

I sure do like that area. I'm trying to come home for archery season this year and i was thinking about heading that direction but don't know for sure if it'll happen for me or not.

Probably pack in 5-7 miles with my son Minam/keating for archery elk. May put in for rifle deer, we have five points and looking for best place to go. Love the country
