He was at full draw standing next to me when it exploded. The top lim went first and almost made the target.

I'm glad you guys didn't get hurt. Dad had one blow up on him when he brought it to full draw several years ago. To beat it all, he had just had it rebuilt, but apparently the limbs were defective. He didn't get hurt, but it wasn't good on the season because of lost time. The first time he pulled it back "Kaboom!!" I believe it was an old Herters (waay back lol)
